Hello to this beautiful community,

I haven't been here for couple of months as you've probably seen. The reason for that is me being recruited to the Israeli army (IDF), like any other 18 years old teenager (though I prefer to be called a man ) who finishes 12th grade. As a combat soldier I get to visit home twice a month in the best case, thus the lack of activity from my side in this community.

I can't complain about the soldiers life. So it's true i don't get to sleep too much, the food is not the best and I get to risk my life every day. But on the other hand I've met lots of new people and made friends for life, I've been all over the country and seen many beautiful sunsets and views, I've learned new stuff about myself and what I'm capable of and the most important is that I get to serve my country which I love so much .

The army is a perfect environment for photographers, especially ones like me. The human situations, difficulties, the way you get over them (and the faces you make while getting over them ), the friendships and bonds created among fellow soldiers and of course not to forget the views and landscapes you come across as a soldier.

So for the next two and a half years left for my army service, most of my photographs will be from my army life. I believe it's a good experience for me as a photographer and I hope you will enjoy my photographs as much as I will enjoy taking them.
